      Another grading is going to past again.At this grading period I learn a lot of things that I've never met or knew before.Ive learned bout how to use or to work at the "Adobe Photoshop."Ive also learned how to use and apply the different tools in the Adobe Photoshop.

      Seriously for me,this grading period had been very interesting and enjoyable.it was my first time to open and use the Adobe Photoshop.At first I don't know how to start using it but when our teacher demonstrated and explained how to use it,my mind was enlightened.

      Moving on ... I will continue what i have started and I will apply all the things that I have learned whenever there is a need for it.

      Everyone has dreams. Weather they want be to become a scientist and discover new and amazing things, or become a engineer or architect, people dream about their future. I have dreams for the future just like everyone else. Dreams of a good life, with a happy family.And I will do whatever it takes to achieve it. College is my first step to achieve my dream.Currently I am a student in high school. I do my best to keep my grades up, because I know that it is for my own sake. 

      I have a dream that one day will come true.It might not be today or tomorrow, but it will come one day.Many of those who know me, know that I want to be a successful teacher someday.

      For me to achieve this dream,I will strive harder for my studies and I will do everything or whatever it takes to make this dream possible.

      So when we hear the word "CHANGE" the first thing that usually comes in our mind is to make a difference isn't it?The word "change" means to make a difference in the state or condition of a thing or to substitute.

   

       There are many steps to start change Within ourselves and within our community or country.First,I'll be a productive citizen by studying hard so that someday I can find a good job and would not be a part of the burdens in our community or in our country.Second,is to concentrate on what I can do NOT on what others do.Third,is to overcome all my weaknesses and lastly,is to give all my best in everything I do.

    In this modern world,our country is now full of dishonesty and corruption.So,let us all be ONE and helped each other to make our country a better one.But before that,we should first build a self-discipline in ourselves especially we,youth.As what they say "Kabataan ang Pag-asa ng Bayan."

"Ilocos Sur celebrates Kannawidan Festival"

       The province of Ilocos Sur has recently celebrated its Kannawidan Ylocos Festival.The festival showcases the old customs, traditions and culture of Ilocanos especially we,the one's who are residing here in Vigan. This is what Kannawidan would refer to. It aims to preserve and sustain the old traditions, attractive products and practices of the Ilocanos. It also aims to promote the local tourism industry.

     Ilocos Sur especially Vigan is the center of this celebration. It’s a province very rich in culture and heritage. Kannawidan means traditions and this province got to showcase all what she has. On January 31 to February 6, 2011 several activities were done for the celebration.

      There was the tribal performance of the cultural communities of Ilocos Sur which is so interesting. They displayed their talents as well as their indigenous costumes. Partuat ken Patanor Trade Fair showcased the products of the province such as longanisa, bagnet, garlic, bibingka, tinubong and many other foods including handicrafts.

      One of the highlights of this celebration is the "Saniata ti Ilocos Sur."A battle of brains and beauty was witnessed during the Saniata ti Ilocos Sur pageant. Art exhibitions and competitions were also conducted. On the spot painting was done by the Saturday group from Manila while The Ilocandia Photographic Society put up its photography exhibit at the Archbishop’s Palace.

      Let us help one another to preserve and sustain the beauty,old traditions,attractive products and practices of we,Ilocanos of the Heritage City of Vigan,not only Vigan but also the whole Province of Ilocos Sur for the sake of the next or the incoming generations.

New Year , New Me

  

      This title of my posts sounds cliché I know.Each year people set goals, resolutions and intentions. I don’t have a yearly routine, but I usually like to at least start the year off with a positive intention.Maybe I won't be a completely new person, but a new year is a good time to start making changes that need to be made.I know everyone makes resolutions but how often do we stick to them? I am going to try REALLY hard to stick to them this year.

      

      For the pasts years there a lot of things that had happen.Some are to be treasured and to be remembered but,some are to be forgotten.A new year had start again.New year,new me and new hope.

      We are now again in the 3rd month of the year.Time to get in the mindset of preparing myself for a wonderful year ahead. I encourage everyone to find something they want to do for this month to help them start and create the new year new you that will bring you happiness and health!

"Going Global Through English"

      Every month of October,we are celebrating that what we call "English Month Celebration" with the theme "Going Global Through English."

      When I was still in elementary,questions came to my mind,"What's the importance of the English language?Why do we need to learn how to use it?Is it really important for our daily lives? So,as I grew up,I realized and knew the importance of it.

      

      Though,we all have our own dialects we still need to learn how to use the English language because,not just only that it is the universal language but also because some of us do not understand the dialects of each other and by using the English language we will understand one another.And if you will travel around the globe,It is very important for us to know how to use or speak in English,specially if we don't know how to speak using their dialect so that we can communicate with each other.

     I hope I could learn more about the importance of the English language as I grew up older.

     Another grading is going to past again.at this grading period I've learned many things such as what is the use of the "notepad" and how to use or what is the use of  the "HTML Tags" and also how to make a "HTML File."

     Honestly for me,this grading period was the busiest one.It was my first time to use the "notepad" but I did not encounter many problems in using it because our teacher had explained it well to us how to use it and I listen attentively while she is discussing and explaining how to do it.

     Moving on,I'll continue what I have started and I will study hard.
